The much-anticipated and comprehensive NAMSA’s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training classes have begun which will be a promising journey for individuals seeking a fulfilling career within the healthcare sector.
Drawing participants from diverse corners of the globe including Nigeria, Haiti, Tanzania, Honduras, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic.
Nigerian American Multi-Service Association (NAMSA) initiative has brought together 25 aspiring healthcare professionals who are ready to embark on a path of learning and growth.
In a heartening address, the foundation president Godwin Nnana urged the attendees to view the training as a stepping stone towards even greater achievements.
With a resounding call to invest in continuous education and embrace opportunities for career advancement, the NAMSA President envisioned a future where these dedicated individuals would evolve into nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors, healthcare administrators, and beyond.
“You all should find ways to improve on your careers and to clime the ladder of success,” he said.
Highlighting the event, Cecilia Ibeabuchi, a prominent figure as both the program’s career mentor and a member of NAMSA board of directors, commended the unwavering dedication and resilience exhibited by the participants.
Many of them already hold established roles in their respective home countries, a testament to their commitment to the healthcare field.
The training sessions taken place at the Spectrum Healthcare Training Center in Massachusetts, renowned for its commitment to nurturing competent and compassionate healthcare professionals.
Last year participants are now working in various organization, fostering the commitments and empowering their love once.
With this second-edition, the aspiring individuals, promising to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in the realm of healthcare.
As the program gains momentum, it is evident that its influence will extend far beyond the confines of the training period, shaping the trajectories of these individuals and steering them toward a future filled with success and excellence in the healthcare domain.
