‘Big Brother Nigeria’ returns to birthplace, sets for season four

The 4th season will be the 2-time Big Brother Naija has been produced outside South Africa since it began in 2006



The annual reality TV show, Big Brother Naija is moving from South Africa to Lagos, Nigeria.

The organizers, Multichoice, announced the fourth season at a media briefing in Lagos.

The auditions will hold on February 1st and 2nd in six cities; Lagos, Calabar, Enugu, Benin, Ibadan, Warri, and Port Harcourt.

Following 2016, the second season in 2017 and the third season in 2018 were both done in South Africa.

The new season will be broadcast after the upcoming general elections in Nigeria for a duration of three months over 90 days.

BBNaija evicts UK police officer Khafi Kareem



Khafi Kareem

Khafi Kareem has been evicted from the ongoing Big Brother Nigeria, BBNaija season four.

The UK Metro police officer was evicted during the live show on Sunday.

Khafi, who was put up in a strong competition with Tacha, Mike and Seyi, got on stage in her usual, bubbly demeanor.

When the nomination reel was played for her, she told host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu that she was surprised Ike nominated her seeing as they both bonded in the house.

Ike, on Thursday had revealed that he planted a condom for Khafi and her love interest, Gedoni to imply that they had sex.

Big Brother Nigeria evicts Delta chic, Venita

Actress Venita Akpofure has finally been evicted in the ongoing Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) 2019 reality TV show.

Venita who entered into the Big Brother House few weeks ago after the show already begun was evicted for getting the lowest number of votes.

Her eviction followed last week’s eviction of Esther and Sir Dee from the house.

The Delta State actress had on Monday expressed surprise why she was not evicted last week, and so she was not surprised leaving the house on Sunday night.

The winner of the reality show is expected to pocket N60 million.

The breakdown for the winner includes; N30million cash prize; an SUV from Innoson Motors; a trip to Dubai for two, packaged by TravelBeta and a home make-over courtesy Scanfrost.

Other benefits are; a year’s supply of Pepsi and One Africa Fest VVIP experience; a year’s supply of Indomie Noodles and Munch It; and a brand new Oppo mobile smartphone.

Apart from this, there’s also a bonus prize of two VIP tickets to watch a European Football final game live, courtesy BET9ja.

BBNaija evicts Anambra-chic, Jackye Madu

Big Brother Nigeria housemate, Jackye Madu have been evicted from the ongoing ‘Pepper Dem’ edition on Sunday.

The 23-year-old Anambra-chic was one of the peacemakers in the house. She became the twelfth housemate to take an exit from the BBNaija ‘Pepper Dem’ race.

She bonded well with Mike and revealed she couldn’t play the love tactics because of her relationship outside the house.

“Mike is my guy,” she said when asked who she’ll miss in the House the most. To her, Mike was a big brother and a true friend who always put her in check in the game

According to her, her hardest part in the House was staying in the same space with some of the Housemates with negative energy in the House.

When asked if she showed herself enough, she revealed to Ebuka that she was herself in the game and only took her time to know the Housemates first before loosening up.

Also, she did not fail to tell us that she’ll be taking her Artificial Intelligence (AI) project further after the Big Brother game.

To seal her final words on the Stage, she confessed that she’s rooting for Mercy to be crowned the winner of the Pepper Dem Season, as she would want a female to win the show.
